Mission Statement

Our Mission is to provide support services for Operations Excellence leaders and teams supporting an organizations leadership team as they apply Lean Six Sigma Tools and Techniques. Our coaching techniques and project facilitation enable organizations to achieve goals in safety, quality, delivery of services, cost of operations and staff engagement.

About The Senior Lean Coach 

Dave Scottow has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of consulting, training, and coaching. He started his Lean journey as a manufacturing leader having profit and loss responsibility. He proved that Toyota Production System Lean Principles and Tools

worked in non-automotive processes. He was able to transform a $3.5-million plant, a $13.5-million plant, and a $50-million, 7-plant corporation using Lean principles.


Dave was able to improve the productivity, save jobs, and grow the market share of clients. He went from the company’s plant manager to chief executive officer in less than 10 years — the same time he was conducting career broadening plant turnarounds for Harland Clarke and Corporate Express.
